In his keynote, Boomi CEO Steve Lucas emphasized the transformative impact of integration platform as a service (iPaaS), spotlighting its pivotal role in enhancing speed, agility, and effectiveness across business operations. Boomi AI Agent Framework

미국, 유럽 등 선진시장의 치과용 엑스레이 영상장비 판매 호조에 힘입어, 1분기 매출은 전년 동기 대비 3.6% 성장했다. 특히 1분기 북미 지역 매출이 273억원으로 기록되며, 전년동기 대비 26.9% 성장했다. 작년 초 세계 최대 의료기기 유통기업 ‘헨리 샤인’이 미국 유통 채널에 추가된 후 적응과정을 거쳐, 올해 본격적인 매출이 창출된 데 기인한다. 동 기간 유럽은 296억원(전년동기 대비 2.4% 성장)의 견조한 성장을 지속했으며, 이머징 시장인 남아메리카에서도 전년 동기 대비 26.5% 상승한 95억원의 매출을 기록했다.
전세계 시장 수요가 2D 파노라마 영상장비에서 3D 엑스레이 영상장비(이하 치과용 CT)로 이동하면서, 치과용 CT의 매출이 전년동기 대비 20.7% 증가했다. 북미 시장에서 인기를 끈 치과용 CT 신제품 ‘그린엑스(Green X) 12’가 유럽에도 본격 출시되면서, 바텍의 치과CT 제품 중 가장 많은 매출을 올렸다. 보급형 치과 CT ‘바텍 에이나인(Vatech A9)’의 성장세도 두드러진다. CT 도입 초기 시장인 중남미에서 판매 호조를 보이며 ‘치과용 CT는 바텍’이라는 선점효과를 거뒀다는 평가다. 치과용 CT 수요가 증가하며 1분기 영업이익은 전년동기 대비 2.3% 성장했다.
바텍은 선진 시장과 이머징 시장을 각각 공략해, 시장 지배력을 확대하는 전략을 강화한다. 선진시장에서 선호도 높은 대형 FOV(엑스레이 영상촬영영역) 모델과 이머징 시장에 맞춘 보급형 모델을 각각 출시하며, 시장 수요에 적극적으로 대응한다. 고객지원 체계 강화를 위해 1분기 중 아랍에미리트, 카자흐스탄에 법인을 설립한데 이어, 연내 해외 법인/사무소를 추가 설립할 계획이다. 엑스레이 영상 품질 개선 및 진단의 정확성을 높이는 것을 목표로 AI 기술 개발에도 박차를 가한다.
